Private Health Insurance

If you have private health insurance which includes mental health cover, you can usually fund some or all of your counselling sessions through your health insurance policy.

I work with a number of medical insurers including Aviva, AXA, Bupa and Vitality Health. If you would like to start the process of funding your therapy through your private health insurance policy, please contact your insurer first before you start therapy with me. You will need authorisation from them first, and for them to allocate me as your therapist.
